Stone flagged Dining Terrace

Being set in an idyllic rural location, space and room certainly isn’t a problem. To the front of the pub is an attractive south-facing stone flagged dining terrace which extends around to the right hand side. On a summers day this is the perfect place to sit outside, relax and take in the dramatic Calderdale scenery. On summer nights, we open the patio doors from the restaurant onto the terrace providing diners the ultimate luxury dining experience.

CAR PARKING
To the front and side of the Travellers we have to large off road car parks with a capacity in excess of 100 cars so parking will never be a problem. Again, if you are planning on having a private function with us, these can easily be converted to marquee use as required.

 

HORSE RIDING & WALKERS
Being so rural, walkers, horse riders and passers by are always more than welcome. To the front of the pub is an old stone water trough with working hand pump should your trusty steed need a drink as well as you! As we have stone flagged floors, dirty boots aren’t a problem! Plus, when you get inside, especially on a cold winters day, our open fires will soon warm you up!

HELICOPTERS
The Travellers has its own helipad  which can accommodate up to two parked helicopters should you decide to arrive at the pub in style. We do request prior warning of such a visit to make any necessary safety arrangements.
